Artist bio

An emerging artist living and working in Sydney, art is my first love and second career, the first being a consultant in the corporate world!
I’m a self-taught artist and though I have painted realistically before, I’ve found my passion and niche in abstract art.
My process is largely intuitive, I usually start with a color palette in mind and then let the artwork unfold itself. I’m forever inspired by the immense beauty of nature amd the great outdoors. I’m keenly aware of my abstracts constantly drawing inspiration from the themes of nature.
Growing up in India, patterns of folk art have informed my art practice as much as the expressionist and impressionist art movements.
